Join the new Dragon Dash 5K and have a roaring good time in Central Park!

There's a brand-new 5K in our neighborhood! The Dragon Dash 5K Run/Walk is at 10:00 a.m. on November 5, 2023, in Central Park in Denver. 


Organized by and benefiting Isabella Bird Community School, this annual, family-friendly event is open to the community, and all ages and fitness levels are welcome! You can run for time, run for fun, walk, skip, dance. They encourage you to bring your good energy & wear a festive outfit. 


For you more serious runners, this event is professionally timed and on an official 5K course. For 2023, they partnered with 3W Races.


**No dogs. For participant safety, no bikes, skateboards, or rollerblades.  Strollers or wagons being operated by adult participants are allowed.


What:  Dragon Dash 5K Run/Walk

When:  Sunday, November 5, 2023, 10:00 a.m.

Where:  Central Park, 8801 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd., Denver, CO 80238 (see route)

Cost:  $25 for ages 12+ until November 2nd 
Kids 0-4 are free and 5-11 are $15

Join us for the 2016 Mother's Day 5K and Brunch on May 8

Spring is finally here (hurray!) and Mother's Day is right around the corner! The 2016 Mother's Day 5K & Brunch is on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Denver's City Park and it promises to be better than ever.

Each registration includes race entry, a his or hers tech t-shirt, and – NEW this year – gourmet brunch* from Goddess Catering following the race for all participants. Also this year, there will be race-time childcare sponsored and provided by Sitter, the annual kids race, a fabulous post-race expo, awesome prizes, and much more that the whole family can enjoy.

June 16 is the SET the PACE for Prostate Cancer 5K

SAVE THE DATE and 50% Discount on Registration!  The 3rd annual  SET the PACE for Prostate Cancer 5K will be held in Stapleton Central Park on June 16th.   Register now and all Stapleton Mom's followers and their families receive a 50% discount on registration!  


This Father’s Day weekend celebrate fathers, husbands, sons and brothers by increasing awareness of prostate cancer!  SET the PACE race will be a family fun event with free food and drink, awards for the top finishers and top fundraisers, as well as a exciting expo with numerous giveaways and fun provided by our generous sponsors. 

The event will kick off at 8:25 am with the Dash For Dash (free kids run), followed by the start of the 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 am and the start of the 1 Mile Family Walk at 8:35 am.
