Phew. Rocky Mountain Healthcare, the insurance company that denied coverage for a healthy 4-month old because he was in the 99th percentile and considered "obese", changed their minds. They agreed that their underwriting system was "flawed," and granted him coverage.
Amazing what a little bad publicity can do. I know where we'll look, should anything happen to our coverage.
